Lindsay Meads

Co-owner

Lindsay Meads has a Bachelor of Applied and Environmental Geology and a Master of Environmental Design in Urban Design, as well as completing a Permaculture Design Certificate in 2014. She has worked with community associations developing sustainability plans using public engagement, facilitating design workshops, and implementing placemaking projects in the public realm. Before founding reGenerate Design, she worked for the City of Calgary in Development and Building Approvals, giving her a detailed understanding of bylaws, policy, planning, and urban design. Additionally, she has project management experience in the environmental consulting industry; including managing field programs with multiple contractors, project budgeting, and technical report writing.

Lindsay has always had a love for travel, urban design, culture, and food. Although she spent most of her life in Calgary, since 2019 she has been working remotely, and she currently lives in the mountains, 2000m above sea level, in the town of Guanajuato, Mexico. She also volunteers for Proyecto Pastita, a grassroots initiative to clean-up the local river, engage with community members, and create a natural area for the public to enjoy.
