Our Story

We are an ecological design-build firm based in Calgary, Alberta. Our passion lies in discovering integrated and resilient solutions for the design of human ecology and habitat. We create holistic design solutions and empower people to be leaders for positive change.

reGenerate Design offers design, installation, and educational services in the Calgary area at a range of scales; from urban yards and peri-urban acreages to community gardens, schools, and public spaces. We offer full design and installation services, we are are fully licensed and insured, and have SECOR certification.

  • We work with school boards, school administration, and parent councils to enhance their school grounds with environmental learning opportunities, and we help them navigate the process from concept to completion.
  • We design and install landscapes for residential homeowners who care deeply about ecological health while realizing goals such as producing their own food and landscape aesthetics.
  • We also create and install designs for community associations and community leaders who are undertaking projects to revitalize and enhance public spaces, such as community parks and community gardens. Our designs aim at making these spaces beautiful, accessible and inclusive for various types of users, durable, and low maintenance.
